For those looking for outdoor fun and cultural attractions in a small-town setting, look no further than Baraboo. Set amidst stunning bluffs, the city is just a few miles from Devil's Lake State Park — one of the most popular parks in Wisconsin. Visitors enjoy viewing the 500-foot cliffs, while hiking, mountain biking and camping. Baraboo is also home to the International Crane Foundation, which is the world's most complete collection of cranes in a simulated Wisconsin wetland setting. Dedicated to the study and preservation of cranes, this center offers guided tours throughout the summer.
